Return Policy

WOMEN, CHILD & HUMAN RIGHTS TRUST (WCRT.IN)

At WCRT, every purchase of plants, posters, fixtures, or similar items through our platform is considered a contribution towards our mission and objectives. As a not-for-profit trust, we follow a transparent and responsible approach regarding returns and exchanges.

1. General Policy
   • ALL PURCHASES AND DONATIONS MADE THROUGH OUR PLATFORM ARE STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
   • As a matter of policy, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds except in exceptional circumstances as described below.
2. Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items
   • In the unlikely event that you receive an item (such as a plant, poster, or fixture) that is damaged or defective upon delivery, you must notify us at info@wcrt.in within two (2) days of receiving the item.
   • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging. Clear supporting evidence (such as photographs) of the damage or defect must be provided with your request.
   • Upon receipt and inspection of your claim, our team will review the matter. Any replacement or resolution will be provided solely at the discretion of WCRT. Decisions taken by the Trust shall be final and binding.
   • Please note: Monetary refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. Only a replacement or similar resolution may be considered, subject to Trust’s approval.
3. Exemptions
   • Certain categories of items (including items purchased during fundraising sales, special events, or limited-edition campaigns) may be entirely exempt from any return or exchange. These exemptions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
4. Communication and Process
   • If your return/exchange request is accepted and processed, you will receive a confirmation via email.
   • If your request is not approved after review, you will be notified accordingly.
   • All decisions regarding eligibility for return or replacement are at the sole discretion of WCRT and are final.
